Refund & Return Policy
Our Commitment
We want every Matzo Ball Toys customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Pre-Order Cancellations
If you have placed a pre-order and would like to cancel before your order ships, please contact us at hello@matzoballtoys.com. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Pre-order cancellations are accepted any time before we notify you that your order has shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
To initiate a return, please email hello@matzoballtoys.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Latke Liam arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@matzoballtoys.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or defect
We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Gifts
If your Matzo Ball Toys purchase was a gift and you would like to return it, please contact us at hello@matzoballtoys.com. We can offer store credit for the value of the item.
