Shipping policy
Pre-Order Notice
Latke Liam is currently available for pre-order. All orders placed now will ship in November 2026, just in time for Hanukkah. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Processing Time
Once orders begin shipping in November 2026, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days after dispatch (where available)
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping
At this time we ship globally, though processing and shipping times may vary.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Matzo Ball Toys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@matzoballtoys.com and we will do our best to assist you.
